专利摘要:
A ski binding in combination with a boot or shoe adapted to be secured to a ski by the binding. The binding comprises a support element having an abutment zone and a latching element having a transverse bit. The latching element is adapted to be mounted on the boot and a moveable latch is provided which is adapted to exert a force for forcing a support zone provided on the boot against the abutment zone. A ski binding for securing one end of a boot or shoe comprising a support zone and comprising a latching element having a transverse bit to a ski. The binding comprises a support element adapted to be secured to the ski. The support element comprises an abutement zone and is adapted to be engaged between the transverse bit and the zone. The binding further comprises a moveable latch adapted to exert a force for forcing the support zone against the abutement zone. A shoe or boot for attachment to a ski with a binding. The shoe or boot comprises a support zone at one end thereof and a latching element. The latching element comprises a transverse bit. The shoe or boot is adapted to be secured to the ski with a binding which comprises a latch and a support element. The latching element is spaced from a support zone provided on the shoe or boot. The space provided is adapted to fit over the support element whereby the support zone and the abutement are pressed to rigidly mate against one another.

1 about FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a ski mount structure for flat skis. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of fastening. Figure 1 shows the ski mount during the run; figure 2 - the same, before locking; on fig.Z - the same, in POLO zhenin lock; figure 4 is the same, top view; Figure 5 is the same; figure 6 - mount in the locked position, ieometry; Fig. 7 is a diagram of the initial phase of donning; on Fig - diagram of the phase of the passage of the crank; Fig. 9 is a schematic of the latched position; 10 to 12, a lever for fixing in various positions; FIGS. 13 to 15 show the supporting element and (the front part of the boot, various shapes and positions; FIG. 16 to 22 show various types of ski mounting; FIG. 23 to 30 show various types of positioning of the support element on the ski; FIGS. 31 and 32 are views of the support member; FIGS. 33 to 35 are views of a lever for fixing; FIG. 36 is a mounting contact diagram; FIGS. 37 and 38 are a support member; FIGS. 39 - Figure 40 shows the direction of the force of the support element when engaged. The ski mount for flat skis contains a supporting element 2 connected to the ski 1, having a thrust surface 3, and a lever 4 hingedly mounted on it for fixing the anchoring element 6 which is made on the front of the boot 5. The gripping element 6 is made in the form of a bracket 7, and the front part of the boot 5 has a support surface 8. The bracket 7 is configured to engage the supporting element 2 in the working position, the support surface 3 is configured to contact the support surface 8 of the boot 5, and the lever 4 for fixation is installed with the possibility of contact with the support element 2 and with the front part of the bracket 7 The supporting element 2 is located in the transverse direction relative to the ski 1. The supporting element 2 is mounted on the ski 1 stationary. The mount has 1 bracket 9 mounted on the ski to secure the lever 4 on it fixing the gripping element 6. The fastening has a plate 10 mounted on the ski 1 for moving to accommodate the supporting element 2 and a lever 4 for fixing the gripping element 6. One end of the plate 10 is connected to the ski 1 and the other carries the supporting element and the lever for fixing exciting element 6. A portion of the plate 10 at least from its connection with the ski 1 to the location of the support member 2 and the lever 4 for fixing the gripping member 6 is made flexible. The mount has a transversely located on the ski 1 axis 11 for the hinge placement of the plate 12, made rigid. The mount has a spring 13 to press the plate 12 to the ski 1. The abutment surface 3 of the support element 2 is made inclined to the upper surface of the ski 1. The abutment surface 3 of the support member 2 has a curved profile. The abutment surface 3 of the support member 2 is formed by at least two ribs 14. The hinge joint of the lever 4 for fixing the gripping element 6 of the boot 5 with the supporting element 2 is carried out by means of the lever 15 holder, and the lever 4 has a handle 16, at least one clamping protrusion 17 and one elastic element 18 for holding the shoe 5. The elastic element 18 is made in one piece with the knee holder 15 and in the form of a spring 4 placed in the cavity 19 of the lever for acting on the knee holder 15. The elastic element 18 is also made in the form of a spring element 4 placed in the slot 20 of the support element for acting on the bezel 15. The elastic element 18 has a protrusion 21. The lever 4 is installed with the possibility of contact in working position with the bracket 7 of the gripping element 6. and with the supporting element 2. The lever 4 in the working position is installed with the possibility of contact in the working- (barrel position with the boot 5. The bracket 7 is made of cylindrical steel the wires and the side branches are curved so that the lever 4 is elastically deformed to provide a snap fit. In addition, the ski mount includes an earring 22, a cam 23, rim 24, tabs 25, screws 26, spring ends 27, support plane 28, ears 29, flare 30. Use the ski mount as follows. The bracket 7 of the boot 5 engages the support element 2, then the clamp 7 is fixed by turning the lever 4 by the handle 16 in the direction of arrow F, thereby under the action of the protrusion 17, the gripping element 6 is pressed against the surface of the support element 2. When skiing, i.e. when the pc of boot 5 rises, point A (the side of the front part of the boot) moves along the curve of the trajectory A, with the center at point B (the center of the section is clip 7), which intersects support element 2 at point C, which means that The boot rests against the supporting element 2 without sliding. Point D of the front part of the boot has a steep trajectory D with center B and moves away from the support surface 8. i.e. The effective supporting area for holding the front of the shoe is the area AB located above the plane passing through the axis of the transverse engagement part and perpendicular to the supporting plane (or tangent to the supporting area if the latter is a curve). The proposed ski mount is noted for reliability.
